Dear Kirstie,
 
Time has flown by so by now you may not recall who Whisper was as it is now 9 months since he arrived from Canada.  After all your meticulous work he had a trouble free passage from Calgary to the UK culminating with collection and a weeks board with yourselves.
 This letter is to say a very big thank you to you for all your hard work to ensure that there were no unwelcome surprises.  I apologise if some of the questions at the time seemed trivial but they were all asked to try to ensure that I did not mess things up in Canada.  These days so many do not look at the fine detail of planning and hence the mess they get themselves into but you were always on hand to ensure the fine detail was accounted for.
 Once again Kirstie, thank you and I appreciate all that you did for us, Whisper has settled in nicely, we are looking for a pal for him but not with much success so far but patience will provide a suitable companion.

Dear Sharon and Ali 

I was able to spend half an hour with my babies this morning, which was absolutely wonderful! I just wanted to let you know that they have safely arrived in Sydney and now we wait out the last month of their quarantine. Charlie seems to be battling with the heat and Schultz just ran around like a crazy dog, as usual. Both of them recognized Mike and I instantly and could not stop chewing my ears and face.  

Thank you once again for all that you have done for them (and me!) over these past 7 months. You are appreciated! Home run…

All ok at the airport yesterday – Jasmine is here safe and well and at the quarantine kennel. We did see the other people taking the dog to Manchester at Dalaman airport which helped a bit (sooo stressful). I have come to the conclusion that if you want anything done in Turkey it really depends on the mood of the person you are dealing with on the day!! Never mind its all over now and thank you very much for all your help and assistance. I will certainly recommend Ladyhaye to anyone wanting to bring an animal into the UK (or take one out for that matter).

Just to let you know everything went perfectly.  The LHS rep was at the desk waiting with all the paperwork and processed Jack no problems.  At Manchester Bridget was excellent.  She had sorted Jack out, walked and watered him and phoned me as I was collecting the hire car - so no hanging about at all. It was apparent that she cared about the all dogs' welfare, made a great fuss of Jack and enjoyed her job and that made all the difference.  It was a pleasure and reassuring to deal with her.  So many, many thanks for all your help it couldn't have gone better.  Will have no hesitation in recommending you in fact will postively encourage it.

Gordon will be in touch about Lex.  We hope to use Larnaca to Manchester but Phaphos will be ok if we cant.

Thank you so much for all your help last week - what a nightmare that was!!! Ani and the others here at Tenerife airport were fantastic and very lovely to Jake. He arrived back safe and sound and is very happy in his student house with 5 lads!!! You can imagine the fuss/attention he is getting!

Many thanks for all your time, effort and comforting words for a very overprotective dog owner. Toby is home safe and sound with my mum and dad who said he is very relaxed and in excellent condition. The postcard is fab and proves we left Toby in the very capable hands of a fellow dog lover!! Please also thank Nigel and the rest of the team for looking after Toby and safely transporting him home.
