QUARANTINE - FAQ'S

How often can I visit my dog?

7 days a week between 11am and 4pm, don’t worry if you can’t make it as often as you like our staff will take great care of your pets during their stay at Ladyhaye.

Are the kennels and catteries heated?

Yes – in the winter months or during cold snaps, each “bedroom” is fitted with a heat lamp to keep them nice and cosy, the cost of this will be included in the quotation. If you specifically want the heating on all year round then this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Can I bring toys, blankets and treats for my pet?

Yes, any items that can help your pet to feel at home are always welcome, most pets like their own things around them favorite blankets, toys and treats are always gratefully received by our “guests”.

How big is the pets area

Each kennel has a bedroom area and sizeable covered exercise area where the dogs can move around during the day. The cats have their own bedroom area and a large run where they can climb or just sunbathe.

What and how often will they be fed?

Before your pet comes to us we will ask you to complete a form letting us know their likes and dislikes regarding food and habits. From this we can make sure that their stay here has a routine as close to their home one as possible.

How much does it cost and when do I pay?

You will receive a full quotation before you book, a non returnable booking deposit is required and the balance is paid in five equal monthly installments during your pets stay with us, any extra veterinary fees will be billed separately to you on a monthly basis
